Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer

Welcome to my Personal Page!

I embark on this journey not for personal gain but with the knowledge that we can make a difference and with "Strength in Numbers" cancer can be and will be beaten some day.


The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting the Alberta Cancer Foundation is a cycling journey along the majestic Canadian Rockies, that I’m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!


Contribute to this history-making event with a donation. Funds raised in The Ride to Conquer Cancer will support breakthrough research, exemplary teaching, and compassionate care at the Alberta Cancer Foundation, a leader in cancer research and treatment.

On the road again. Finally hit some big numbers ona a ride. Fantastic morning for a ride. Looking forward to the event.

Riding
i would like to say riding into the sunset, but Saturday was not quite it. But I was out there for another ride. I would like to applaud and congratulate all the riders and fund raising efforts.

And we keep going
off for a few more rides after a quick stop for a new lid. Nuts to me for leaving it near where the dog sleeps. Thanks to my friends Barry and Terry for dragging me up and down the road and also fixing my bike problem. some of the hills were getting to be a pain in the wrong gear. More later

here we go
I have on the bike now a couple of times now. Amazing what -5 feels like.
Went to ride this weekend, but like in school, my dog ate my helmut.
