Welcome to my Personal Page! The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting The Princess Margaret, is a cycling journey from Toronto to Niagara Falls that I’m embarking on to fight cancer. It will be a challenge in a number of ways, but with my bike, my helmet, and your generosity, a real impact will be made!
Why am I doing this? I have realized that health is the most important and precious thing in life and I am fighting for it! I remember the five years of pain and agony that not only my grandmother endured when she was diagnosed and died of cancer but the entire family. My cousin Pia is presently in a round 2 fight with cancer and this seems like the best thing I can do for her and everyone by her side. Her courage gives me courage and hope. Lastly I am doing this for myself. I want to make a difference and prevent more pain. Cheers to good health and let's hope that with your support the staff at Princess Margaret will allow more people to be on their bike and not on a hospital bed. To a wonderful day to Niagara!
