Please Support My Ride to Conquer Cancer

Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to visit my page! The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer, benefiting BC Cancer Foundation, is a two-day cycling journey through Canada's Pacific region, taking place in the summer.

As a cancer survivor myself, this cause means the world to me. Since my diagnosis of Chronic Myeloid Leukemia in 2008, I depend upon medication provided for me by the BC Cancer Foundation. It is fundraisers like this one that have allowed scientists to put in the work that results in medical breakthroughs like the medication that is sustaining me today. However, while I am grateful that my cancer is under control, it is not cured and how long the medication will be effective for is unknown. So I will be biking from Vancouver to Seattle this summer with hopes of raising enough money to support more research, which could find a cure for my disease as well as all others that bear the name cancer. With your support I would like to make a difference by giving back to the Foundation, which has helped me tremendously throughout this journey.
